（中央社記者鄭崇生華盛頓1日專電）白宮國安會發言人普萊斯今天說，白宮國安顧問萊斯和國務卿凱瑞今天在紐約會見來訪的大陸國務委員楊潔篪，雙方審視雙邊關係取得的進展並承諾管控分歧，但未說明具體內容。

正值國民黨主席洪秀柱於北京和中共總書記習近平召開「洪習會」，有媒體報導，陸方派出的7人代表中，由大陸海峽兩岸關係協會會長陳德銘，取代了曾出席「馬習會」的楊潔篪。

白宮今天公布聲明，普萊斯（Ned Price）指出，萊斯（Susan Rice）和凱瑞（John Kerry）今天在紐約市與大陸國務委員楊潔篪會晤。

國務院原本公布凱瑞的行程上僅提到，凱瑞將在紐約市與相關方討論亞太的區域議題。普萊斯稍早則在聲明中說，萊斯、凱瑞與楊潔篪會面，雙方審視在實現更持久、穩定與有成效的雙邊關係上所取得的進展；雙方也承諾，要建設性的管控分歧、擴大在應對區域和全球挑戰上的務實合作。
